DofAM being disenchanted with PRSA reminds me of my dislike of Mensa. I joined it in my early twenties and lasted one meeting; all the people there did was try to impress each other with how smart they were...boring and banal. It sounds like the PRSA is also missing the point: good sales are not made until the clients' needs are determined and then met, if not exceeded.
